– Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the supplier all invoices are payable within seven (7) days of the date of invoice, in the currency of the invoice, drawn on a bank based in Hong Kong. – Web system will support IE edge, Chrome, Safari and Firefox (other require additional charge) – The design layout is allowed to change 3 times. If more than 3 times, it will have extra charge. – Client must approve all wordings and details of production; otherwise EDigital has no liability for compensation. – Irrevocable once confirmation of order. – Exclusive Items: color separation, photography, retouch, illustration, translation, script-writing, printing. – Customers required to provide the information included Photo and Article and fill in the form – Project will be finished within 12 weeks after all information provided – Maintenance included in the first 6 months, after 12 months, which charge 20% of whole project. What IS included in this agreement: Edit, revise, update or create new textual content on existing pages based on “The Client” request. Consultation, and guidance on the use of the web site. – Maintain a full backup of web site through the duration of this contract. This backup will be delivered in full to client on closing of this contract. – Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as custom email or banner advertisements. Marketing materials must be based on current site design only; new designs are not included in this contract. What is NOT included in this agreement: Web site redesign, realignment or redevelopment, Search engine optimisation, CMS design or integration including but not limited to blogs, shopping carts and web forums. These require a separate design agreement. Payment term: 50% prepaid 50% after UAT This document will be treated as official purchase order once signed by the client. Payment against invoice or otherwise stipulated. An overdue interest of 4.5% per month will be charged against outstanding balance after 7 days from invoice due date. Early termination is not allowed during the contract period. If you elect to do so, you must inform Edigital Hong Kong Limited not less than 30 days prior notice in writing for early termination. When notice is received, the early termination will take effect upon the expiry of the 30 days’ notice period; and Edigital Hong Kong Limited shall debit to your account a service termination fee (as liquidated damages) equivalent to the total subscription fees payable for the remaining contract period. Edigital Hong Kong Limited is entitled to retain your advance payment (if any) to settle the said service termination fee. In accordance with your request, you agree that EDigital Hong Kong Limited can use your provided personal data for quotation and incorporation in all or any of its database for promoting Internet & its related services. If in the future, you no longer wish to receive any promotional and other materials from the EDigital Hong Kong.
